My newlywed husband and I were quickly outgrowing our postage stamp apartment in the heart of North Park, both figuratively and literally. We worked with Carol previously to sell our prior home and buy the home we just sold. She and her team do a great job of outlining the entire process and explaining the steps as we go through them. We were very worried in the current economic times that we were going to have trouble selling our home. Carol's suggested listing date put us right at the entry into when people would be looking and start to be selling their homes. Knowing the market she put our selling price right at the correct point. A week after our unit went on the market 2 other units came up for sale. Because of the price point she put us at our unit was more appealing then the other two that came on the market and drove buyers to us for viewing.
