I enjoy investing my time in getting to know you and help you narrow down your needs/wants not just in the home itself, but the community, and helping you find that perfect fit. I also welcome the challenge of prepping a home for sale - staging and photographing a home to look its best is so important in attracting a buyer. Which is why staging help and professional photography are included when you hire me as your Realtor!

From mortgage pre-approval to first showings, inspections and closing (and everything in between!), I am here every step of the way to negotiate on your behalf, answer all of your questions and make your home buying/selling process as smooth as possible.

I grew up in Beloit, WI but fell in love with Milwaukee during a college campus visit, and have called the city home since graduating from Marquette University in 2003. I consider myself a people person and attribute my interpersonal skills to 15+ years as a Professional Photographer and the owner of Shannon Wucherer Photography - a business/career I am very proud of and one that meshes very well with my career as a Realtor. My husband Nic and I met during my senior year at Marquette and are die hard MU basketball fans, Halloween lovers and Disney nerds - currently navigating parenting 2 teenagers.
