For the past 42 years, it has been my pleasure to work with the most wonderful clients in the business. Admittedly, there was one grouch a long time ago, but that’s another story! For most of my career, I’ve worked in Southern California, primarily in beautiful Orange County. Sandwiched between L.A. and San Diego, “the OC “ offers a lifestyle all it’s own. Typically, moving to Orange County requires a degree in patience, perseverance, and flexibility!. Real Estate is different here!

Having grown up in the Midwest, I bring a sense of pride in my work, I’m hardworking, will tell you the truth and will treat your transaction as if it were my own. Whether buying or selling your first home, a luxury estate or an investment property, my goal is to serve you the way I would want to be, if I were in your shoes. This isn’t rocket science, (although I do have a client who is in that line of work) but it does require paying attention to the details, clear communication and negotiating with your best interest at heart.

It truly takes a dedicated team of professionals to pull the transactions all together, and mine happens to be the best. Starting with my exceptional senior mortgage consultant, and my husband, Randy Lynch; add in the BEST transaction coordinator in the business, Kat Rozman; next comes my sassy, dedicated escrow officer, Tegan Tabor; then top all this off with my brilliant, indefatigable title officer, Rizza Walker, and you’ve found the absolute greatest team to help us all! In 2009, I was fortunate to have been inducted into the CENTURY 21 Dick Loughlin International Hall of Fame. Quite an accomplishment for a girl, who in 1966, got kicked out of the Girl Scouts! It was my tenure with CENTURY 21 as well as my consistent success in the real estate industry, along with my dedication to community service, worthy charitable cause and volunteer opportunities across the nation, that led to this honor.

When I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll find me spending time with family, friends and in the great outdoors. The beaches, golf courses and my beautiful backyard are my favorite places to escape to when time permits. Living in Southern California offers an unlimited array of sunshine, great weather and good people! It would be an honor to get to know you and your family. One of the best parts of my career is being able to take care of multiple generations of families over the course of time.
