David Vander Schaaf has over 20 years real estate sales and development along with prior experience in business, marketing, project management and construction. Prior to joining Century 21 Affiliated, David developed several small businesses in marketing, contracting and leadership development. He has served as Vice President in a large healthcare system, and has overseen $8 million in construction and renovation projects, as well as managed land and facility acquisition projects. David has consulted with organizations around the US in marketing and marketing research as Vice President of the Gallup Organization Healthcare Group.

David’s current real estate practice includes residential, commercial, recreational and agricultural real estate, and land development. For 150+ years, he has been a “go-to” agent for most of the major bank servicers in managing, renovating, and selling bank-owned properties. He is a member of National Association of Default Professionals and has served on their national Board of Directors. He has also been a Certified Relocation Specialist assisting the Relocating buyers and sellers for 20 years. David has a BS in Biology and an MS in Administration. David and his wife Diane have personally renovated four homes and truly enjoy the process of improving the value of real estate.
